Infinity Entertainment have been announced as finalists in the 2014 Australian Bridal Industry Academy Awards. The team have been lucky enough to be nominated for Best DJ and Best Master of Ceremonies. We are looking forward to celebrating at the Awards Gala Evening in May.

Exciting news... Infinity Entertainment have won third prize in the Best Master of Ceremonies category at the 2014 Australian Bridal Industry Academy Awards. The prestigious event was held at the Leonada by the Yarra in Melbourne with over 250 wedding industry experts in attendance.

At Infinity Entertainment we meet with all of our clients. This being said, below are a list of frequently asked questions that may help answer some of your queries. If there is something that your not 100% sure about, please just ask...

Are you a member of the DJ Alliance of Australia?+-

Yes. Infinity Entertainment believe all DJ related businesses should strive to become a DJ Alliance of Australia member. This indicates the business is prepared to meet standards such as holding public liability insurance, has credible references and is licensed to play music at your event.

Why do events such as weddings and corporate functions cost more?+-

Each event undertaken by Infinity Entertainment is customised to the client and specific venue. Certain functions require more time and attention to detail to organise. We liaise with venues, function coordinators and conduct individual consultations to make sure your night is an event to remember.

How much will my night cost?+-

Events start from as little as $675 for 5hrs and can be extended to suit your needs. The rate of your function will only vary if we are traveling long distances and if the venue has stairs. Naturally busy times including New Year's Eve and Christmas will incur higher fees as this is a peak period. Please see our list of packages under Mobile Discos and PA Systems for more information.

Do you have public liability insurance?+-

Yes. We are a professional business and have appropriate public liability insurance. Certificates can be supplied upon request.

Do you offer special discounts for schools or fundraising organisations?+-

We are always happy to help out wherever possible so contact us for more information. We take pride in assisting our local community.

Do I have to make a booking?+-

Yes. It is always recommended that you book well in advance of your event. However feel free to give us a call and we will happily let you know if your date is booked out. All we require to secure your night is a booking fee which secures the date for your event.

Do you accept cheques?+-

We are happy to accept a cheque as payment prior to any event. Unfortunately we don't accept cheques on the night of the event.

Will you allow us to choose the music for the night?+-

Yes we will. In saying this however as professional entertainers we will make recommendations and ask questions that will help give us an idea of what to expect on the night. We will sit down with you and discuss music choices and the running of the night in more detail.

Do you work outdoors?+-

Both our Mobile Discos and PA Systems are capable of working outside. Naturally this is dependent on the weather and we would require a direct power supply.

Do you require a meal for events?+-

Yes. With most events we tend to be working very hard for several hours prior to guests arriving. As part of our internal policies we requests a meal be supplied for staff to prevent fatigue due to the long hours of work.
