Chatsworth House is located in the Western District of Victoria, 3 hours west of Melbourne. The homestead was built in 1858. Mr Edward Latrobe Bateman who designed some of the major gardens in Melbourne laid out the extensive gardens at Chatsworth House.

Chatsworth House Warrnambool / Mortlake is simply amazing. WOW is the first thing that comes to mind when entering the property and spectacular gardens. Russell and Lesley the owners are simply amazing to deal with and every aspect of your special day is taken into account. The venue also has the added advantage of accommodation for your big night both for yourself and guests. The slogan for Chatsworth House "exclusive, historical, beautiful" is a great representation of this lovely venue. If there was a down side to this venue the only one I could find is that it is located around twenty minutes away from Mortlake and around half an hour away from Warrnambool. This said, the property is a great escape from the towns and with the accomodation you may not want to leave.
