Barwon Edge Boathouse is a modern venue not far from the centre of Geelong. The location is what drives so many people to the restaurant and with the ponds and gardens close by it's great for a walk with the kids. The venue certainly has a cafe feel to it, but like the modern building, it works quite well for private functions or weddings looking for nice views and a relaxed atmosphere. The meals were great for weddings and certainly worth lookig at if you are in the Geelong area.
