Terms and Conditions
- In the unlikely event of equipment failure due to unforseen circumstances Infinity Entertainment will happily refund the cost of the night, excluding the security deposit as this is used for any transportation and equipment costs.
- Please note your deposit acts as a booking / cancellation fee and is considered a security deposit for the event / equipment hire. Infinity Entertainment reserves the right to decide whether to refund a security deposit at all times.
- Please note that Infinity Entertainment will not consider your booking confirmed until full payment of the security deposit has been received. Furthermore if the booking / function is cancelled within 14 days prior to the event Infinity Entertainment reserves the right to charge 100% of the quoted amount.
- In the unlikely event Infinity Entertainment has to cancel a booking we will endeavour to make sure we can find a replacement company to cover the function. You will be given a full refund and we will do everything within our power to make sure a similar service can be found although we cannot guarantee any prices for external suppliers.
- All bookings held on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and during the Christmas period (1st December to 26th December) require a 50% non refundable deposit as these times are high demand periods for Infinity Entertainment.
- All payments must be received at the beginning of the function and failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking and Infinity Entertainment reserve the right to charge 100% of the quoted amount.
- All music owned by Infinity Entertainment is the original or original copy. In the event that music is supplied by a third party specifically for the event Infinity Entertainment will assume that it is a legitimate copy and takes no responsibility for any penalties incurred if this proves not to be the case.
- For event or equipment hire held outside and within the elements it is considered the clients responsibility to provide adequate protection for all equipment in the event of bad weather. Infinity Entertainment is happy to provide equipment hire for outdoor use but under any circumstances where equipment is damaged in any way the client is 100% responsible for all repair or replacement costs.
- Personal information gathered through Infinity Entertainment will at all times remain confidential. We consider our client's information to be of upmost importance and will never give out details to third parties without prior consent.
- Infinity Entertainment will always do our best to ensure we all have a safe and enjoyable night. However in the event that Infinity Entertainment feel that a situation is a risk to our employees or our equipment we will at our discretion stop all services and no refund will be given.
- If any damage is caused to Infinity Entertainment's equipment by the client or patrons of the client's function / event it will be the sole responsibility of the client to repair any damages at their own cost.
- If equipment is stolen during the function or stolen whilst being setup on the premises, the client is responsible for meeting the cost of replacing the stolen item/s.
- In the event of power failure where the power supply cannot be maintained Infinity Entertainment will attempt to solve any problems but takes no responsibility for any impairment to the night. Full payment will still be required.
- Infinity Entertainment, on advisement from any emergency services, client or venue manager, will immediately shutdown all equipment and consider the night finished. Full payment will still be required.
- Infinity Entertainment warns that all equipment we employ emits large levels of sound and extreme variances in lighting. No responsibility will be taken for any circumstances or personal health consequences which may arise due to these conditions. Situations such as this include but are not limited to; hearing loss, epileptic fits and eye sight difficulties.
- Infinity Entertainment cannot raise the noise levels of the equipment above those set out by the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA). Any requests to do so by the client, patrons or venue will be ignored.
